To begin with, I believe that before taking such a critical decision, the government and authorities in charge with the operation should have at least looked into the situation in order to determine the source of the noise. As I have taken this responsibility upon myself, helped by some of my colleagues, we have determined that there is no piano in our school. Therefore, the only logical and plausible explanation for the strange noise is that Cthulu wants to enter the world again. Closing the school will not affect his arrival.
Secondly, there is more to Cthulu than what one might think. Even though he is known to be the destroyer of worlds and the eater of souls, there is also a very, very slight chance that he comes to our world with good intentions. Although this is highly unlikely, we must definitely consider the possibility and also prepare for his arrival. Mythologists recommend bloody sacrifices, as Cthulu finds carnage and massacres enjoyable.
All in all, I believe that even if the noises come from Cthulu wanting to come to our world, there is no reason in closing the school as this will not stop him from arriving. It will only deny more than a thousand students the education they are in dire need of.
This has been the most enlightening essay I have ever read. Indeed this is the naked truth. I am still shocked, I cannot believe I could have ever believed anything else.
ReplyDeleteConsidering the documentation I have done recently, the only way to protect ourselves from the arrival of Cthulu is quite controversial. Some people suggest that, as mentioned above, carnage and bloody sacrifices might entertain Cthulu up to the point he will end our lives swiftly and painlessly. Others might suggest making the worship of Cthulu the only way of absolving our sins and, hopefully, having Cthulu spare our lives so that we can serve him.
On the other hand, some people say that there is no way in which we can escape the wrath of Cthulu when he will enter this dimensional plane. Then, there is close to no hope for us as a species. And yet, there are some who say a ritual can be done in order to seal the portal Cthulu will use to enter our world, but there are little who remember it and can do it. More information is needed in order to stand a chance in the attempt to close the portal.
To conclude, I can say I have been enlightened and now I have a purpose in life - the purpose of finding a way to help humanity survive.
The suggestions mentioned in order to prevent the school closure are:

The effects of this suggestions would be:
-loss of human lives and/or souls
-school remaining open as a deposit for humans to be sacrificed
-more students would appear at our school for the purpose of being sacrificed to C'thulu for his pleasure
-also education in mythology

ReplyDeleteI'm indeed touched by the thourough explanation for the strange sounds we had heard that day and I strongly recommend publishing it on a local newspaper so our fellow citizens shall know the mysterious truth behind the event that happened last week. I also want to add that all the comments on this page have no purpose apart from succesfully and surely obtaining the highest mark for our English class. Even though I am part of them i want to specify that I'm proud of my colleagues that they chose this interesting but also intriguing subject.

ReplyDeleteHow to save a school
School is one of the most important facilities a child can benefit from. If a child has no education the things he can do with his life are needless to say limitless. That being said I am here to provide you with solutions to stopping a school from closing.
First I am suggesting an improvement of the overall classrooms since they are old and inspire an atmosphere of the year 1950 instead of 2013. This can be done by simply removing all the religious mumbo jumbo on the walls, replacing the blackboards with whiteboards, and reducing the crazy amount of students each class has. Approximately 40 students in single classroom isn’t an acceptable number nowadays.
Secondly as a lot of improvements can be made to the education system in general in our country I would suggest the complete and utter destruction of the Ministry of Education and replacing it with a copy of a western country such as Great Britain, Germany or America. Also I would like to recommend that lessons in class take a more practical approach. Teaching us how to apply the information we learn should be top priority in schools since we as children don’t have that much life experience to figure it out on our own in all scenarios.
In conclusion I would like to say that in my personal opinion school shouldn’t teach us all the knowledge in a specific subject, only that knowledge that is useful in day to day life, at most subjects, and only insist on subjects that we will use at our jobs in the future.
