My dear 9e,
It's almost over...FINALLY!!!
I think my first year of highschool wasn't exactly as I was expecting it to be.My perception of 9th grade is probably a little bit distorted because in my second month of school something I wasn't prepeared for happened,I got sick and I had to miss school for a pretty long time,so that when I came back,it was a little difficult for me to chatch you guys up.
I remember how absolutely shocking my first day of school was!The sight of such a "jungle" of kids, tall and loud, combined with the dizziness from the sun, really hot temperature and unknown people really frightened me!!!
The first semester...it was for me what i call "The litmus test".I think teachers try to push our limits, everything is absolutely new and unknown and what really matters is to simply resist.
The second semester was easier, but I still didn't perceived it as being very simple because I still had to work really hard.
Beside the bad part of it,there were some enjoyable moments and I can say most of them happened during the English classes, wich,I think, are the best from our whole schedule. The Apple Pie,Valentine's Day,The Music contest and each and every english class.Mrs. Posto and Mrs. Fodor are the ones who "show their human faces" to us and ballance this class by bringing a little bit of art, humour, kindness and warmth.I think I am not the only student who needs those things, because coming from our ex-schools,where we used to have lots of "mummies" among our teachers ,it is hard to resist in such a competitive and kind of "cold" enviroment.
I realise not everyone has percieved 9th grade as I did.As for me,there were beautiful things I have experienced with you,9E.I am so much richer now than I was in september next year just because I got to know each and every one of you,and you are wonderful, golden kids and teachers and I will always keep you in my heart.
So...please,just don't change and always remember that
"Succes is not a destination,it's a journey."
Love,
Irina
Irina, don`t leave us:(. We`ll miss you!
ReplyDeleteThat’s Bodnar Bianca’s post because she can’t post.
ReplyDeleteI’ll start by saying that 9th grade was amazing. It was amazing because I have the best classmates and now I’d like to say something for Irina and Otilia: Please don’t leave us!! We all love you. We are 9enation... we are golden and if you live us we will never be like this. I’m sure that all of us think the same so PLEASE DON’T LEAVE US!!
Now I’m going to tell you how I feel now, that 9th grade it’s over. I’m a little bit sad because I’ll miss you all but I’m happy because it’s finally holiday.
First weeks (months) of school I was shocked because it was harder than I’d expected to be but now it’s much better.
The English classes
At first it was hard for me because we had a lot of grammar homework from one day to the next one and I was wondering why I came here and I was saying to myself that my place is not here. Then I begin to like the English classes...we started having interesting projects and the six classes per week became something usual. Now I can tell that I really like the classes with you Mrs. Postolache and Mrs. Fodor . We’re watching movies, we’re singing together and that’s how I want classes to be… of course and a little bit of work.
I’ll probably miss this classes during the summer and of course I’ll miss you all.
Love you guys. <3
Lots of love,
Bianca/Catalina
